INS VIKRANT – The First aircraft Carrier of Indian Navy

The UK origin Refrigeration System aboard India's first aircraft carrier, INS VIKRANT, was dis-functional at a critical stage. MARCOTEX undertook the challenge and completed the job within shortest period of time to enable the Ship to sail out for its tasks. After convincingly establishing our mastery and ability in HVAC filed, Indian Navy has entrusted us with several similar in the years to follow.

INS VIRRAT – The Secord aircraft Carrier of Indian navy

MARCOTEX undertook project aboard the second aircraft carrier of Indian Navy - INS VIRAAT. The Centrifugal Air Conditioning System (York) was Reconditioned & Refurbished and Re-commissioned by us in record time.


The UK origin Air conditioning system on board Indian Naval ship, INS Krishna was Reconditioned, Refurbished and Re-commissioned by MARCOTEX.


The Air Conditions system on board INS Amba was Re-conditioned, Refurbished and Re-commissioned by MARCOTEX in Cochin Ship Yard.


The Air-Conditioning System of German Origin on board the Oil tanker of Indian Navy was Reconditioned, Refurbished and Re-commissioned by MARCOTEX.


The Russian origin Air-conditioning and Refrigeration system aoboard this oil tanker of Indian Navy was Re-conditioned, Refurbished and Re-commissioned. This project was completed during the Ship’s dry docking period. The entire range of spares for AC and Refrigeration compressors was developed indigenously and regularly supplied to the Ship for regular maintenance.
