Even since its inception, the company has been closely monitoring the behavior of the market, studying demand patterns and gauging consumer preferences. Accordingly, the company entered into other services like repair/rebuilt/refurbish the AC and Ref systems including Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) etc. keeping with the trend of change.

The company has successfully undertaken several repairing/overhauling & servicing on turnkey projects basis by providing reliable and technical workmanship to ONGC, INDIAN NAVY, BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, and various shipping companies.

We achieved a major breakthrough during 1983 when Indian Navy placed an order to rectify/repair and reinstall and commission the defective Refrigeration system installed on board INS Vikrant.

The refrigeration system of the ship failed during a very critical juncture during 1983, when the ship was about to sail out for an important assignment as It was the most critical and challenging project for Marcotex as the system spares were the UK make. Marcotex undertook and implemented the work of the plant and recommissioned the system in record time. This enabled the ship to sail out in time. Marcotex received great appreciation from Indian Navy and Subsequently Indian Navy placed several orders on MARCOTEX

We achieved another breakthrough when bagged an order from ONGC for refurbishing, reinstallation, and re-commission of 1250 TR AC system of USA make installed on board NQ complex of ONGC during 2004. Marcotex has completed this most complicated and delicate job to the full satisfaction of ONGC in time.
